Painting and Weathering
The painting was a pretty straightforward process since only one colour needs to be applied! I primed the model after which I applied the sand color!
Weathering this kit was fun and done with some dark brown oil washes. At first I did a pinwash, after letting it dry I applied some dots and let them dry for about 10 minutes. at last I took an wide flat brush, dipped it in white spirit, dipped it on a paper towel to moisten the brush and not make it so wet. At last I stroke down with the moist brush over the dots and created the visible rainmarks.
Some minor chipping was performed with a small brush as well!
